This PR migrates the codebase from using styled-components for styling to using Tailwind CSS utility classes. It removes all usages and dependencies on styled-components and replaces custom styled components with Tailwind-based class names. Closes #91

Migration to Tailwind CSS and Removal of styled-components:

• All instances of styled-components and related custom styled components have been removed from component files such as Core.tsx, Header.tsx, SageAd.tsx, Search.tsx, and SearchResults.tsx. These have been replaced with Tailwind CSS utility classes directly in the JSX.
• All styled-components and related type packages have been removed from package.json dependencies.

Tailwind CSS and PostCSS Setup:

• Tailwind CSS, PostCSS, and Autoprefixer have been added as development dependencies, and a new postcss.config.js file has been created to enable Tailwind processing.

Next.js Configuration Update:

• The Next.js config no longer enables the styled-components compiler option, as it is no longer needed.

Overall, this PR modernizes the styling approach, reduces bundle size, and simplifies the codebase by leveraging utility-first CSS with Tailwind.
