The AAIF Technical Committee (TC) is the technical governing body of the Agentic AI Foundation. It oversees technical standards, best practices, and technical vision for the Foundation. This repo contains meeting details, working groups project information, and process documents for the AAIF TC. For more information, review the Technical Charter.
This repository maintains the authoritative technical governance policies and operating procedures:
- Technical Charter - the TC's purpose, composition, responsibilities, and voting rules.
- Project Lifecycle Policy - project stages, admission criteria, and ongoing reviews.
- Project Proposal Process - project review, voting, legal paperwork, and onboarding.
- Working Group Lifecycle Policy - working group proposals, charters, leadership, renewal, and conclusion.
- Working Group Monthly Reporting - reporting requirements and the review process.

The TC meets biweekly. The TC is currently still formalizing its governance and policies. Once established, the TC meetings will open to the public.
