thanks for the fix. ideally we should also make a2a-cli/internal/clierr/clierr.go messages more specific based on the error class

A missing
--file-partor--configfile exited 3 as an IO error with a connectivity hint. Both now return a usage error and exit 2, like--request-payloadand a missing agent card file.Fixes #96
