feat(platforms): add launcher controls for MiSTer, Batocera and ReplayOS - #1680
Conversation
Add controls for MiSTer and MiSTeX cores (menu, reset, save/load state, stop), Batocera via hotkeygen, and ReplayOS via its net control API. Save states take an optional slot argument. RetroArch and Kodi gain pause and resume. Games started outside Zaparoo on MiSTer, Batocera and ReplayOS now report their launcher and controls.

definitions so it works with RetroArch hold bindings: use a toggle binding, or
provide a separate key-down/key-up control path that holds the mapped keys until
release. Keep the rewind mapping unchanged.
Review comments at @pkg/platforms/mister/controls.go:
- Line 88: Update Platform.StopActiveLauncher to return the error from
ReturnToMenu when no process is tracked, rather than logging it and returning
nil, so the stop control propagates failure to reach the menu.

- Around line 461-463: Update checkAndUpdateRunningGame to reconcile launcher
metadata when pendingROMPath arrives after the core is already active. Refresh
the current active media’s LauncherID and LauncherControls from
systemInfoFromROMPath instead of returning unchanged metadata solely because the
core did not change.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Return an error when stop cannot reach the menu.
If no process is tracked, Platform.StopActiveLauncher calls ReturnToMenu but logs its error and returns nil. This new stop control consequently reports success even when the core remains open. Propagate that failure from StopActiveLauncher so the control reports the actual result.

toggle_menu,reset,stop, plussave_stateandload_stateon cores that declare savestates. Cores are matched by the CONF_STR name Main writes to/tmp/RBFNAME; other cores refuse the two state controls instead of sending F1-F4. MiSTeX shares the code but was not tested on hardware.hotkeygen. A control fails with the emulator's name when its hotkey context has no such action.replay_http_tokeninreplay.cfg; the user only has to enable NET_CONTROL.pauseandresume.save_stateandload_stateaccept an optionalslot(MiSTer 1-4, ReplayOS 1-18, default 1).
