docker-build: cache input to skip the BuildKit layer cache (v14.9.1) - #37

Default true, so existing callers are unchanged. wemove.eu reruns its 660-page prerender on every publish: the cache only spares the ~31s install, while saving it takes 60-70s (175s after a lockfile change). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds a
cacheinput todocker-build.yml(boolean, defaulttrue). Withfalse, the build neither reads nor saves the BuildKit layer cache added in v14.9.Why: on wemove.eu every Strapi publish reruns the 660-page prerender, so the cache only spares the dependency install (~31s), while saving it takes 60-70s per run (175s after a lockfile change). Measured on publish runs 40680615880, 40674795147 and 40921660085. youmove saves its cache in 15s, so it keeps it.
Existing callers are unaffected. After merge: tag
