Prepare a powerpoint presentation for the opening bit of the course. #103

The current slides are at https://slides.com/douglowe/advanced-python-remote-teaching/ and https://slides.com/douglowe/programming-python-remote-teaching which we can take and update (need instructions for being in person, make sure feedback form is correct, check details).

The editable slides should then live somewhere on OneDrive, and then to link them to learners we could put them (probably as a PDF?) into the repository.
