[Feature]: Mark AI channels #142

What problem would this solve?

With the increase of AI slop, it would be nice to easily see which channels are AI or completely remove them from results.

What would you like to see?

I'm opening this for discussion.
The general idea is to find something similar to sponsor block and dearrow that is community driven/populated to source the data.
