docs(training): tra theo việc cần làm (T08, U03) + 4 sơ đồ mới (GĐ4 phần 2) - #38

History notes ('on v1.0.0…', 'since PR #6…', 'before PR #11…') in T02,
T08, U01 and U02 move into collapsed 📜 blocks at the end of their
sections; the body is rewritten in the present tense and keeps short
B-xx ids for labs and T09. Changelog-style PR mentions in T01 and T05
are dropped; deliberate counter-examples and measurement stamps stay.
README §5 adds the 📜 legend, §7 the maintenance rule. T03, T09 and T10
are history by nature and stay as they are.

'Tra theo việc cần làm' tables above the TOC of T08 (23 tasks, linking into T01, T05, T07, U01, U03 and R03, including the six §12 recipes the TOC does not show) and U03 (10 tasks). New mermaid diagrams where modules had none: U02 §1 choosing a UI surface, T08 §5 palette button launching a prompting command, T08 §11 ObjectErased → Application.Idle, T07 §4 side database batch loop. Đã mở cả 4 sơ đồ trên GitHub (trang blob của branch, trình duyệt): cả 4 đều được GitHub vẽ, không có lỗi render. Sơ đồ T08 §11 vẽ ngang thì chữ quá nhỏ trên bề rộng trang, nên commit mới đổi nó sang vẽ dọc (flowchart TD). |
