Moves the corgi pin from 9737792 to f20264a (frankmcsherry/WIP#77 through #80).

DDIR uses none of these yet; cargo test -p interactive --lib --tests passes.
They prepare DDIR slots written as corgi lambdas (pat -> body).

… graft

In corgi's ML frontend, parentheses now build a tuple in expressions and patterns, as they do in shapes.
An expression `(e)` is a one-field tuple, and `()` is the unit, in an expression and in a pattern.
Corgi's effect system is gone: checked ops are words that return a sum, and the plain names are the lossy ops.
`Builder::graft` inlines a graph at an existing node.
DDIR uses none of these yet, so nothing here changes.

Folded into the lambda-slot PR, whose first commit bumps corgi; the bump lands with the code that uses it.
