Remove the unused Instructor dependency from the evaluation project. Instructor pulled vulnerable DiskCache 5.6.3 into
evaluation/uv.lock, which triggered Dependabot alert #593.uv lock --checkandgit diff --checkpass. Local tests were not run. CI will run the evaluation checks.
