Add a new "Latest Development Downloads - CI/CD" subsection to the "Download and Install the SDK" documentation for Sitara devices. Generically describes what CI/CD is and includes a link to the CI/CD download page. Added support for the generic Linux guide and device-specific guides (AM62X, AM64X, AM62LX, AM62AX, AM62PX, AM62DX). Signed-off-by: Dillon Frank <d-frank@ti.com>
