In aweXpect 3, WithParamName(null) requires the param name to be null instead of skipping the check, which broke the ignored and .NET Framework cases.
Keeps each expectation in a single chain instead of duplicating it in an if/else just to skip the message or param name check on some platforms.
Expectations inside the async void timer callbacks could fail without failing the test (aweXpect0005).

This pull request updates several package dependencies to newer versions in the
Directory.Packages.propsfile. The main focus is on keeping the project up-to-date with the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes from upstream libraries.Dependency version updates:
aweXpectfrom version 2.40.0 to 3.0.0.aweXpect.Testablyfrom version 0.15.0 to 2.0.0.aweXpect.Mockolatefrom version 3.2.0 to 3.3.0.Mockolatefrom version 3.5.2 to 3.6.0.Also the tests were adapted due to breaking changes in the aweXpect major update.
