Removes leftovers and friction in the build setup.

  • Order TUnit test methods in ReSharper/Rider the same way as xUnit tests.
  • Resolve the package README relative to Source/Directory.Build.props instead of $(SolutionDir), so building a single source project no longer fails at pack with NU5019/NU5039.
