The other Testably repositories build with Fallout, so Mockolate is the odd one out in its build scripts, pipeline code, Dependabot groups and tooling folder. Moving it over lets the pipelines be shared and aligned across the repositories. The SDK pin follows them too and only rolls forward to new patches.
