Prepare Socket Basics 3.5.0 with Socket Python CLI 2.11.11 in the heavy and app-tests images, Socket Python SDK 3.6.2 in the lockfile, and release notes for the Tier 1 argument parsing fix in #125.
Draft: merge #125 into main, update this branch, and rerun the final combined checks before merging this release PR. The release branch targets current main; #125 supplies the parser implementation through its separate merge. The release notes describe the planned combined release.
Version choice
Recommend 3.5.0 rather than a patch: #125 changes how existing additional parameters are interpreted and can change scan scope. This follows the behavior-change precedent in the 3.2.0 and 3.4.0 changelogs. The two Python dependency bumps alone would fit 3.4.2.

The release does not change those rules or their engine pin.uv lock --locked --offline, parser test formatting/lint, andgit diff --checkpassed. Lockfile hashes match PyPI, and the frozen dependency tree remains readable by the image's uv 0.12.1.socketdev>=3.6.2, excludes 3.6.1, and the environment contains 3.6.2.socketsecurity==2.11.11andsocketdev==3.6.2have wheel and source distributions on PyPI. A clean Python 3.12 environment installs the released CLI with SDK 3.6.2 and reportssocketcli 2.11.11. Basics installs the Python CLI from PyPI, so publication of the standalone CLI Docker image is not a build prerequisite. Before release
