Summary
심사자가 로그인 화면의 로고를 6번 눌러 코드로 로그인할 수 있도록 Android 경로를 추가한다. 코드는 로그에 남기지 않고, 성공 시 토큰과 심사 세션을 함께 저장한다.
서버에 심사 로그인 API가 아직 없어 현재는 사용할 수 없다는 안내가 나온다. API 및 심사 계정의 서버 측 기기 처리 구현과 연동 검증이 필요하다. Meta 이벤트 차단은 사용자 요청에 따라 이번 변경에서 제외한다.

코드 전송 및 민감 정보 로그 제외, 세션 저장·로그아웃, 오류 안내, 중복 제출 방지 테스트와 전체
assembleDebug,test,ktlintCheck,lint가 통과했다. 오프라인 Android 에뮬레이터에서 코드 입력·취소·제출 중 차단 UI를 확인했다. 실서버 인증은 API 준비 후 확인해야 한다.Merge Danger
