What changed: - Define a pinned PyRel graph-to-prescriptive delivery package and synthetic sources. - Add safe source scripts, independent oracle, offline tests, evaluation materials, and gated agent handoff artifacts. This is the upstream half of the approved two-PR delivery-agent plan. After the initial draft, the user explicitly changed the placement decision to root-level
retail-delivery-agent/, matching upstreamCONTRIBUTING.mdand the flattened docs source sync. The docs gallery and ZIP retain their v1 public version/URLs. The final PR diff has no nestedv1/retail-delivery-agent/source; the earlier nested commit remains in history, not the resulting tree. The companion docs PR is owned separately. Keep this PR draft; do not publish the template as runnable or merge until the live gates are cleared.What changed

The dependent RelationalAI/relationalai-docs#931 is also a draft. Its preview syncs this branch at revision 966d3dd, including the root-level template while retaining v1 gallery/ZIP URLs. The docs PR depends on this templates PR: after this PR's live gates are satisfied and it merges, the docs branch must resync from templates main, remove its temporary PR-specific preview override, rerun validation, and verify the deployed preview before its own merge. Do not merge either PR on offline evidence alone.
