micropython-pydevices is being reorganised so a build names its modules on the command line (build_mp.py --modules audiocomponents, or all), and a module is a directory with a manifest.py. audiocomponents had none.

The manifest freezes the two packages' own sources and skips a setuptools build/ or *.egg-info left in a checkout. On the shared checkout a plain recursive package() froze 148 files, 38 of them stale copies under lib/audioeffects/build/; this one freezes the 110 tracked sources. flake8-clean with the repo's config.

It will be proved in a real firmware build in step 3 of the build plan; it changes nothing for any existing consumer.

…udioinstruments

micropython-pydevices' new build takes modules by name, and a module is a
directory with a manifest.py. This one freezes the two packages' own sources
and skips a setuptools build/ or *.egg-info left in a checkout: a recursive
package() froze 148 files on the shared checkout, 38 of them stale copies
under lib/audioeffects/build/; this freezes the 110 tracked sources.
