Reserve board IDs 6130-6139 for Saolah and add
AP_HW_Saolah743at 6130.Saolah743 is an STM32H743 flight controller using the PX4 bootloader protocol. Board support for PX4-Autopilot will follow in a separate PR.
ID 6130 is intended to be shared with ArduPilot (
AP_HW_Saolah743) so both firmwares can use the same bootloader; the matching ArduPilot reservation will be submitted separately. The range does not overlap any existing reservation (6120-6129 Partizan Security, 6600+ Eagle Eye Drones)../Tools/check_board_types_conflicts.shpasses locally.
