Services now opens with its searchable inventory, with action-specific controls shown only after selecting targets. Persistent service roots live in System → Deployment, while platform changes have one owner per field: Deployment, Updates or Backups. Every scoped preview copies a fresh full baseline and rejects changes to another topic's fields, ownership, origin or release metadata.

Service details put configuration first, use one inline bounded log reader, and move technical metadata into disclosures. Email provider disclosures preserve fallback precedence and saved credentials. Authentication policy edits survive topic navigation; coarse-pointer targets and narrow layouts stay usable. Explicitly hosted instances show an availability explanation on direct host-only URLs.

Build All captures exact reviewed IDs and sorts them using the backend build order (osrm → otp → motis → pelias → tileserver, then remaining IDs). This intentionally uses the existing explicit batch path and audits those exact IDs instead of the previous late-bound all sentinel. Global discard clears reviewed platform previews even on closed topics and fences late responses; reauthentication preserves its protected continuation. Deployment links to the release selector in Updates, and reduced-motion styling reaches dialogs/popovers.

Local verification: 109 focused admin/route/library and fixture files (887 tests), workspace TypeScript checks, lint, the documentation build and the production web build passed. A later complete serial portable run passed 26,816 tests with 785 skipped; its only failure was an owned Biome formatter stuck on stdin, which was terminated after about 40 minutes. The entire affected six-test Entur file then passed separately. That full run remains recorded as failed; no assertion or timeout was relaxed. Each PR’s current-head CI is the final Linux and database gate.

After captures use the production Next app; before views are hydrated baseline captures. All use a synthetic loopback API that never forwards requests. No real host, provider, email, data or credential mutation was exercised. Native-device and production acceptance remain unverified.

Release and upgrade impact

No package release: The private core change re-exports the existing service build-order comparator for the admin browser. The extension CLI's commands, validation behavior, templates and consumer contracts do not change; its conservative workspace dependency classification detects the added export.
