feat(drivers): add CtFile OpenAPI storage form fields

Summary / 摘要

Match OpenList backend CtFile OpenAPI driver (session, cloud_type, base_url, sort, UA).

• Add English driver i18n for CtFile in src/lang/en/drivers.json (after Crypt): session (+ tips), cloud_type / cloud_types (public / private), base_url (+ tips), order_by / order_bys (name / size / time), order_direction / order_directions, user_agent, root_folder_id.

• Storage admin form continues to come from /admin/driver/list; this PR only supplies the matching frontend strings for the backend feat/ctfile driver meta.

• No UI layout or routing changes.
