Rename the idea template's "Approaches to explore" to "Areas to explore"

Changes

The idea template's "Approaches to explore" section is now "Areas to explore": each bullet names something to improve or a problem to solve, plus a few approaches worth trying. Each spike tries one approach to one area. It needn't cover the whole area, and several spikes can take on the same area in different ways. The spike template and the create-ticket, consolidate-spikes and report-spike skills now say "approach" for what a spike tries. Argos and Nero-2.0 get the same template change in their own PRs.

• idea.yml and spike.yml parse as YAML; the idea field id is now areas
• no "direction" left in the ticket templates or skills
