Lifecycle marketing, CRM and retention for DTC brands.
I’m the founder of Repeat Foundry, based in Nairobi, Kenya. My work focuses on helping brands earn the next purchase through useful customer communication and clear lifecycle journeys.
- Email and SMS: welcome sequences, abandoned-cart flows and post-purchase education.
- Customer retention: segmentation, second-purchase journeys and win-back planning.
- CRM and automation: organized customer data, follow-up workflows and measurement plans.
- Klaviyo: translating customer-journey strategy into practical flow designs.

The portfolio includes self-directed demonstrations and public brand reviews. Each example explains the context, assumptions and proposed approach.
Would you send it? A three-minute email review →
Compare fictional drafts and see what still needs checking before release. A short, self-directed exercise for ecommerce teams; no Python or account access required.
Repeat Foundry Email Preflight →
A local, dependency-free email QA checker with fictional before/after examples, automated tests, and a practical lifecycle handoff template. It flags selected link, tracking, image-alt, and personalization risks, then makes the remaining platform checks explicit.
This is a self-directed, AI-assisted work sample. It does not access customer accounts, send emails, or establish client results. See the source, examples, and limits.
Checkout-reminder decision QA →
A second runnable work sample with 30 fictional scenarios for consent, suppression, purchase timing, delay, cooldown, and missing data. The source, expected decisions, report, and decision log are public and reproducible. These fixture results do not establish production performance or authorize real sends.
- Second-purchase scorecard and work samples: a practical evidence checklist plus illustrative pet-care, coffee and agency QA examples.
- Why the second purchase matters: the reasoning behind the framework.
These are educational tools and fictional demonstrations, not paid-client case studies or performance claims.
Second-Purchase Experiment Kit → US$19, one-time purchase.
Plan a focused second-purchase experiment with evidence and planning worksheets, three conditional email examples, a results log and a brief QA checklist. Includes an editable DOCX and PDF reference. Document kit only; no software, integrations, setup services or guaranteed results.
Campaign Change Check + Manual QA Pack → US$29, one-time purchase; QA Pack included.
- Local browser app: compares supplied HTML/text source, exact input bytes and separately entered subject, preheader and optional offer/code. Exports TXT/JSON reports.
- Separate manual workbook: records checks, evidence, defects, fixes, retests and the final decision. App results are not imported automatically.
HTML inventories are partial and best effort. No inbox rendering, live-link or redirect checks, delivery testing or email-platform integration. The app cannot confirm that supplied source is the actual outgoing send. Inspect reports before sharing; they may retain sensitive metadata or resource values.
Owner-reported operation is confirmed; independent buyer testing and comprehensive browser validation remain outstanding. Paid internal-use product, not an open-source release. One-business licensing permits internal agency client reviews, not redistribution. No ongoing support or promised upgrades. The US$19 Experiment Kit above is separate; you do not need both. See the product page for included files and full terms.
