The Month 6 proof-of-completion table in ROADMAP.md still listed three of Quirin's rows as "In review (M6 completion PR)": Provenance diff & rollback, richer audit export, and the FROST go/no-go (#220). That PR, #413, merged into preprod on 2026-10-16.

Changes (docs only, 6 lines in ROADMAP.md):

• The three rows now say Done — merged in M6: Revision Provenance (diff, rollback, audit export) + FROST go/no-go #413 (2026-10-16), not yet released. The FROST row also notes that issue Research: FROST multi-sig wallets for Cardano #220 is still open.
• The "Provenance: history" row now has the same format: merged in feat(documents): platform attestation — signed, chained version history #375, released. feat(documents): platform attestation — signed, chained version history #375 is on main.
• The table header defines the two terms: "merged" means on preprod, "released" means merged to main.
• The M6 row of "Underlying PRs per MRP month" now links M6: Revision Provenance (diff, rollback, audit export) + FROST go/no-go #413 and says it is not on main yet.

• M6: Revision Provenance (diff, rollback, audit export) + FROST go/no-go #413 merge commit 2718e09 is in preprod and is not an ancestor of origin/main (5a7524c).
• Every evidence file the rows cite exists on preprod 758f737.
• Tests on that commit:
  • documentProvenance and documentLifecycle against a local Postgres: 2 suites, 6 tests, all passing.
  • documentDiff, documentAudit and frostResearchPoc pass as part of the full unit run, node scripts/run-tests.mjs: 1656 + 97 tests passing, 2 skipped.
  • tsc --noEmit is clean.
• An independent review agent checked the diff cold. It found no factual errors and no table breakage, and confirmed nothing else in ROADMAP.md still says "in review". Its one cosmetic note, the format of the history row, is addressed.

Not changed / needs a decision

• Issue Research: FROST multi-sig wallets for Cardano #220 is left open. Closing it is the maintainer's call.
• The public /roadmap page (src/components/pages/homepage/roadmap/data.ts) is still a July snapshot.
  • CURRENT_MONTH = 3 // July 2026, so the "today" marker sits three months back.
  • STATS and several Aug–Sep item statuses (Release, Drift gate, Unblock CI, Drain, Digests, Discover, Test depth) are also from July.
  • Moving the marker alone would leave those items as unflagged "planned" in the past, so their statuses need a factual pass first. That is not part of this PR.
