Every tracked first-party source file (C/C++, rc, Svelte, JS, CSS, PowerShell, Python, NSIS, batch, CI YAML and the ui/installer HTML) now opens with: Copyright (c) 2026 Max Aubert. All rights reserved. Proprietary and confidential source-available software; see LICENSE. SPDX-License-Identifier: LicenseRef-Wind-Proprietary Third-party code (third_party/, upscale_nis.h, upscale_shaders.h), generated files, docs/ and test fixtures are left untouched. …ion info - tools/check_copyright.ps1 lists the tracked first-party sources and fails when one lacks the SPDX-License-Identifier: LicenseRef-Wind-Proprietary line in its first 5 lines. It runs first in .github/actions/build-installer, so PRs, alpha and release all gate on it. - Wind.exe, WindConfig.exe (src/wind.rc) and WindTray.exe (wind_tray.rc) now carry LegalCopyright "Copyright (c) 2026 Max Aubert. All rights reserved." and CompanyName "Max Aubert" (CompanyName "Wind" was not read anywhere). The setup's LegalCopyright gains "All rights reserved.". - Documented in docs/architecture/11 and CLAUDE.md Commands. …amps Headers say "Proprietary source-available software" instead of "confidential": the repo is public, so "confidential" was inaccurate. release.yml stamps a provenance record (commit, tree, source archive and installer SHA-256) with OpenTimestamps and attaches it to the release; non-blocking on calendar outages.
