The shared PR workflow now requires a square PNG of at least 512x512 at this path (LukeNeedham/ci-workflows docs/app-icon.md), so the app hub can show the icon. Rendered with the shared script (skills/lukeneedham-conventions/scripts/render_app_icon.py): the adaptive icon's background in a circle on a transparent background, foreground at the same size and position.
