1. python3 gen_map_from_srcReg.py numSrcReg-2.csv | tee port_weight.csv From reg-balance to png

Gen map from database

Simple/Only one

1. Gen matrix from gcpt collect:

python3 standalone_gen_distance_matrix_from_db.py $GCPT_RESULT_ROOT_PATH

This scripts will parse the gcpt data, and print it out.

Problem: The print output is ugly to be read into program again.

2. parse chisel datebase to distance matrix

chisel_db_rf_distance.py::gcpt_collect_chiseldb_rf_distance

3. gen distance matrix from gcpt data

python3 gen_map_from_distance_big_concurrent.py $GCPT_RESULT_ROOT_PATH

Problem: The scripts doesn't stop. Find the error: the function nonexist doesn't stop, not solved, just commented it
