Why

Hack Event Check-in capped the event picker at 20 results. Printing also accepted requests while the printer was unavailable.

What

Closes #615. Show every check-in event when browsing or searching. Add a per-hackathon printing open/closed switch in Blade, show availability on the hacker dashboard, and reject new uploads and submissions while closed. Existing jobs remain accessible.

Migration 0062 defaults printing to closed. After deployment, an admin must open printing from the queue page.

Test Plan

668 targeted/unit/integration tests passed, including PostgreSQL-backed printing checks. Six desktop/mobile browser checks passed for event scrolling, the admin switch, and closing/reopening a hacker draft. Screenshots inspected. Root format, lint, typecheck, and React analysis passed.

  • Database: generated migration files committed.
  • Environment variables: unchanged.
