Align agent policies with the common GitHub vocabulary - #89

Copy the coding-agents v6.2.0 shared block verbatim so GitHub terminology, PR attribution, and pushed-commit check guidance come from the release. Replace repeated project procedures with concise release and queue policy declarations, retaining the required checks and release effects. Point version-specific gh workarounds to the common Tool notes. Preserve the Development section unchanged, including characterization tests, browser checks, per-worktree ports, API compatibility, and SQL upgrade instructions. No application or release files change. Fixes #88 Assisted-by: Codex:GPT-6

AGENTS.md repeats GitHub vocabulary and release/queue procedures now defined in coding-agents v6.2.0. Copy the released shared block verbatim and adopt concise project declarations, with the gh 2.46 workaround linked to the common Tool notes.
Keep the required
build, integration, and CodeQL checks, the person's organization-project handoff, all release artifacts and deployment side effects, and the entire Development section unchanged. Changelog/Breaking trailers and milestones remain unused. No application, schema, or VERSION changes; no deployment steps.Fixes #88

Adopt the complete released v6.2.0 block rather than editing generated shared rules individually. Preserve Smoothness's project-specific verification and release policy; centralize only the repeated procedures and version-qualified tool workaround.
