Replace AGENTS.md's list of UI pages - #61

The list of pages to open for UI changes repeated what the overview page already links, and had gone stale: it missed /disconnected-pvs, and only test-camonitor of the three loads epics2web.js. Point to the overview page instead. Say what the code here doesn't show: other apps, such as WEDM, load epics2web.js, its CSS, jQuery and the connection-state images from this server, so those paths and the JS API must stay compatible.
