Adds
IterableConfig.eventThresholdLimitand maps it throughtoDict()to iOS (Serialization.swift,as? Int) and Android (Serialization.java,setEventThresholdLimit/optInt). No TurboModule changes. Runtime effect requires unknown-user activation on the native SDK (not yet exposed in RN).🧪 How to test?
