The dependency updates Dependabot opened after #501, verified together so main cuts one release.

PR Update
#503 pytest-rerunfailures 16.4 → 16.7
#504 PySide6 6.11.1 → 6.11.2
#505 pyobjc 12.2.1 → 12.2.2
#507 pyobjc-core 12.2.1 → 12.2.2

Each of them failed test_dev_toml_parity on its own: Dependabot does not edit dev.toml, which has to declare what pyproject.toml declares. This branch carries the same pins into dev.toml, into the pip install lines of dev.yml and quality.yml (so CI tests the versions the files name), and regenerates uv.lock (uv lock: the pyobjc family, PySide6 / shiboken6, and this package's own entry; nothing else moved).

#506 (mypy floor 2.4.0) is not included; the reason is on that pull request.

Checked locally (Windows, Python 3.14, PySide6 6.11.2, pytest-rerunfailures 16.7): full headless suite, 10829 passed, 46 skipped. The pyobjc pins only install on macOS, so the macOS squares here are what verifies them.

# Conflicts:
#	pyproject.toml
…l, the workflows and the lock

Dependabot edits pyproject.toml and the requirements files only. dev.toml has
to declare what pyproject.toml declares, and the headless jobs install their
own pins, so without this the parity test fails and CI keeps testing the old
versions.
