   Katie and I agreed to set up a recurring meeting where we discuss this and map out plans to move things forward. We'll meet every other Thursday until we've made significant progress on this.

   I also made an attempt to define this in the Contributor Ladder doc I worked on. See this issue https://github.com/InnerSourceCommons/foundation/issues/622

   update: I and Katie agreed that the contributor ladder is probably the best place to have this clearly defined (for now).

   I would also propose having a governance doc that clearly defines every role in the foundation beyond the Contributor Ladder, as that just shows people how to progress to leadership in the community.
