E: Version '2.61.0-1~resolute' for 'azure-cli' was not found.ubuntu-latestis now Ubuntu 26.04, and its azure-cli apt repo has no 2.61.0. #2801 drops the azure-cli pin and pins theconfcomextension (which generates the CCE policy) to 2.4.1 instead.mainhas used this since Oct 30.
