Replaces the per-CVE libexpat entries in
.trivyignorewith a.trivyignore.regopolicy that ignores all CVEs in the Alpine libexpat OS package. This stops the repeated per-CVE suppressions for a library this Java service never loads. Same change as IABTechLab/uid2-core#438.A local Trivy scan of the base image gives the same HIGH/CRITICAL result before and after this change.
