+Tapmoc 0.5.0 changes the internal machinery that tried to auto-detect the api/runtime outgoing configuration for dependency checking. Instead of using Gradle attribute-aware resolution, Tapmoc 0.5.0 instead acts on "known" outgoing configuration names such as `"apiElements"`, `"runtimeElements"`, `"releaseApiElements"`, etc...
