Submitting two new starter projects.

One where you're able to switch between controlling a 3D character and driving vehicles, and the other where you're able to switch perspectives between the player in an office, and cameras throughout the building.

Added gameplay tests to the starter project, and fixed two issues:

-The creatures were being set to a position that didn't exist if the door was closed in front of them.

-The power display showed the correct usage, but the power wasn't being reduced by that amount.
Previous tests failed, so rerunning tests.
Increasing the area the player can drive/run around in, and increasing the shadow render distance.
- Point the "assets\StartingWall.png" resource of the GTA starter at the
file that exists (StartingWall.png, not StartingWall2.png): the build
refused the starter because of it.
- Add the theme-slots.json of both 3D starters, which the build requires.
- Keep the gameplay tests under ~50 frames: on CI the games are rendered
in software and a 3D frame costs 0.2-0.35s, so the FNAF power test
(612 frames) timed out and the GTA tests (122 and 113 frames) were at
the edge of the 30s budget. Time based checks step 50ms frames instead.
- Keep the cursor away from the camera bar in the FNAF tests from the
first frame, so a real cursor over the window cannot open the camera
  view before the test does.
- Capitalize the GTA README title.

A 50ms physics frame costs ~0.45s on CI: the walk and drive phases now
last 12 frames (0.6s of game time) instead of 20, which is plenty to
see the player and the car move.
