Conversation
Add a Node.js PTC runtime with generated TypeScript tool bindings, deferred tool discovery, and nested calls through the tool pipeline. Support local and SSH workspace execution, cancellation, and timeouts. Persist each session's tool presentation mode and expose the default in execution settings. Update output schemas, capability catalogs, localizations, and contract tests for the new calling mode.
