This PR introduces automatic MPU Access Control List (ACL) cleanup when deleting FreeRTOS objects.

Fixes #1499

This feature is gated by a new configuration macro 'configENABLE_AUTOMATIC_ACL_CLEANUP' (default 0), and also requires 'configENABLE_ACCESS_CONTROL_LIST' to be enabled. This ensures no performance impact for existing applications.

  • Does this PR change the input/output behaviour of a cryptographic algorithm? No.
  • Does this PR change the list of algorithms available? No.
