Compiling the sha1 crate for x86_64-unknown-uefi with rustc 1.93 fails inside LLVM with "Do not know how to split the result of this operator" in its runtime CPU feature detection path.

Use the force-soft feature, as already done for sha2, so only the portable implementation is built.
