Auto-approved: Converts the OpenAPI update script and Astro config from JavaScript to TypeScript with runtime type narrowing, adds tests for the script, and refreshes generated Wrangler types. Dev-only tooling and test changes with no runtime behavior change.

The OpenAPI update script and Astro config still used JavaScript. Convert both to TypeScript, using Node.js 24's built-in support to run the update script without another dependency.
The update script now treats fetched JSON as
unknownand narrows schema fields before inspecting them. Tests cover valid documents, malformed input, cursor and list-item validation, and HTTP failures. This branch also refreshes the generated Cloudflare worker types.
