Document the Stats service, current bindings and maintenance configuration, and updated migration, testing, and deployment workflows. Clarify that Extensions v2 is authoritative and update Central Alerts migration guidance.
Reorganize the service README into shorter sections covering lifecycle, reads, authentication, limits, retention, and database migrations while preserving key API and operational guidance.
Update the repository guidelines to match the current codebase. Broaden the flat-service layout to list the narrow helper modules actually in use, and document the extensions v2 `email/` module and the `previews/v1` split. Replace the stale `deploy` script with `cf-deploy`, and add `cf-typegen`, `db:migrate:all:*` and `test:all`. List the full set of bindings in `wrangler.jsonc`. Add moderator-correct to the revalidation list and shorten the note on profile deletion.
Document the deprecated `status` alias for developer listings and update README links to the current extensions v2 sections.
