Standalone startup now loads a compressed map from app resources instead of asking for a JSON file or restoring an obsolete IndexedDB import. A locally packaged ATS 1.61.3.1 map is selected automatically from discovered Steam libraries and verified against the installed version archive and base/DLC inventory. Changed content disables incompatible roads and routing.
The app also bundles the checksum-pinned MIT ETS2LA 1.61 provider and installs it for verified compatible packs, backing up an existing different DLL. Waiting, installed and restart states replace the generic optional-provider setup messages. No renderer filesystem paths or external-code downloads are exposed.
Validation: native CTest 6/6, socket integration, desktop pack/policy tests, converter and UI/HUD/navigation/jobs/routing/geometry regressions passed. Clean-profile Electron loading, reload, full restart, stale-cache rejection and minimized telemetry progression passed. The actual installed packaged app launched with its sandbox enabled, loaded the matching embedded pack, exposed no Node access and had no page errors. Secret scan passed.
Scope: the installed local ATS pack is qualified for loading, not live driving/provider feeds. Public archives exclude game-derived packs. Automatic extraction for arbitrary/future versions and a qualified ETS2 pack remain pending; active mod overrides are outside the base/DLC identity check.
