Take count's filter and probe as one options object in the next major release #69

Open

Description

@Mearman

count(collection, filter?, probe?) has two trailing optional parameters, which exadev/prefer-options-object-param (from @exadev/eslint-config 3.0.0) flags: a caller that wants only probe has to pass undefined for filter. The lint migration (#68) keeps the published signature and exempts that one declaration with a files-scoped override, because changing it is a breaking change to the public API.

For the next major release: take filter and probe as one options object, count(collection, { filter, probe }), remove the exemption, and note the migration in the release notes. Do the same review for any other exported function the rule flags under an exemption added by that migration.
