Brings #359 to 4.3.x: XML docs for every public type and member in
Duende.AccessTokenManagementandDuende.AccessTokenManagement.OpenIdConnect, with CS1591 enforced again for the ATM source projects. It goes first because the later backports change the same doc comments, so their cherry-picks stay clean on top of it.Cherry-picked from the merge commit of #359 with
git cherry-pick -x -m 1, no conflicts.Merge order: first of five stacked backports (#369, #370, #371, #372, #373). Merge each with a merge commit, in that order.
