The right-rail TOC styles from the redesign (#378) set .table-of-contents { padding: 0 }. <TOCInline> renders with that same class, so on Upgrading to IPv6 — the only page using it — the bullets hung flush against the content edge.

This restores Infima's list indent (--ifm-list-left-padding) for lists inside the inline TOC only; the right rail is unchanged.

The right-rail TOC rules zero out .table-of-contents padding, and
<TOCInline> renders with that same class, so its bullets hung flush
with the content edge.
