Description

Prepare SPINE v1.4.1 by updating the package version and adding release notes for all changes since v1.4.0.

Motivation and Context

Make the merged GrapPA group restrictions (#181), optional pointing-based vertex selection (#182), and Drawer layout improvements (#183) available in a patch release, together with documentation styling and validation coverage updates.

The changelog highlights automatic figure width, the 800-pixel split-view height default, and how to retain explicit dimensions. It also documents per-call margin replacement and the distinction between figure and panel titles.

How Has This Been Tested?

• python -m pytest test/test_conditional_imports.py test/test_physics/test_vertex.py test/test_post/test_vertex.py: 42 passed.
• Built wheel and source distribution from a clean export of tracked source with the release changes applied.
• twine check passed for both artifacts.
• Verified wheel metadata and embedded version are 1.4.1, the source archive includes the release notes, and local untracked configurations are excluded.
• All commit hooks passed, including Black, isort, and Flake8.

Test configuration: macOS, Python 3.13.2; base commit ebd8ae80.

Prior validation of #183: 74 focused tests passed; the full visualization suite had 193 passes and one pre-existing filesystem-permission failure reproduced on the unchanged base.

Additional Notes
