Display repeating schedules and their ongoing charge, and expose shared postcard-send defaults through mail settings. JSON campaign create/update forwards repeat_forever through the public API.

npm run checkpassed 106 tests and checked the 152-file public artifact. Normalize Markdown line endings for deterministic documentation checks on Windows. Publishing the CLI package is outside this staging handoff.Tracks APP-4640 / DEA-2415. Scope includes final campaign-step repetition and an explicitly saved workspace default. Independent browser/device QA and staging delivery are delegated to Alma; no production release is authorized.
