Document the International Owner property filter in CLI search help and the command reference. Existing --body filters accept true (foreign mailing address), false (no foreign indicator), or omission (Any); command tests verify both boolean values reach the count endpoint unchanged.
Validation: npm run check passes (105 tests and public artifact validation); built properties search --help shows the example, values, source field and US-territory exception. Windows checkout line endings were normalized locally for the existing plugin/Playbook validators; those files have no source diff.
APP-4581, DEA-2337. Release only after the coordinated Next/API filter and legacy backend fix are available. This repository targets master; merge and npm publication remain with its release owner, outside the authorized staging handoff.
