CLI users lack a documented and tested way to apply the new Year Built range to comparable-property requests. This documents
min_year_builtandmax_year_builtin thecomps --bodyrequest, adds contract coverage and updates the Playbook example. The existing generic request path passes the criteria through without changing requests that omit them.Validation on
